Double click on Netscape Communicator on Your desktop.

This brings up the Profile Manager window. Click on New.

This brings up the Creating a New Profile window. Click Next.

In the New Profile Window, Type in Your Name and Your email address in the area provided. Make sure your email address is in lower case letters. Click Next.

In the next window, Type in a Name for your profile, ex...RNS Mail. Leave the default for the directory. Click Next.

In the Outgoing Mail Server, type in mail.ruralnetwork.net. Click Next.

n the Incoming Mail Server window, type in your RNS email username in the username box and mail.ruralnetwork.net in the Incoming Mail Server box and choose POP3 for the Mail Server type. Click Next.

The Newsgroups Server window comes up next. Type in news.ruralnetwork.net. Click Finish.
