Telnet into the modem using its IP address 192.168.1.1, enter the correct password.

From the Main Menu, enter 3 for the TCP/IP Ethernet Setup menu.

From the Ethernet Setup menu, enter 2 for the TCP/IP and DHCP Setup menu.

Set DHCP to Server and enter the following settings:
Primary DNS Server = 66.232.94.2
Secondary DNS Server = 66.232.94.4
Press Enter to confirm and save changes.

Press Escape to return to the Main Menu.

From the Main Menu, enter 4 for the Internet Access Setup menu.

Enter the following settings:
ISP's Name = RNS
Encapsulation = RFC 1483
Multiplexing = LLC-based
VPI # = 0
VCI # = 35
Press Enter to confirm and save changes.

Enter 99 to exit the modem's Main Menu.

Reconfigure your network card to use your RNS assigned IP, Subnet Mask, Local Gateway, and DNS addresses.
