Zoom X5 ADSL Router Setup
| Configure your network card to Obtain an IP address automatically. |

|
Open your Internet browser and go to this address: http://10.0.0.2 |
|
|
|
At the login prompt, enter the following information: |
|
|
|
Set Encapsulation to 1483 Bridged IP LLC, and set Bridged Mode to Disabled. |
|
|
|
Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. |
|
|
|
Select the Advanced Setup tab at the top of the page. |
|
|
|
Click the WAN Settings button. |
|
|
|
Delete 0.0.0.0 from the Static IP Address box, then enter your RNS assigned IP address. |
|
|
|
Scroll down a bit. Delete 0.0.0.0 from the Default Gateway box, then enter your RNS local IP gateway. |
|
|
|
Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. |
|
|
|
Select the Advanced Setup tab at the top of the page. |
|
|
|
Click the DNS button. |
|
|
|
Set DNS Proxy to Enabled, uncheck Auto Discovery, and check User Configuration. |
|
|
|
In the DNS Server box, enter 66.232.94.2. |
|
|
|
Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. |
|
|
|
In the DNS Server box, enter 66.232.94.4. |
|
|
|
Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. |
|
|
|
The DNS Proxy Setting table should now look like this: |

|
|
Click the Write Settings to Flash and Reboot button at the bottom of the page. |
|
|
|

...then click the Confirm button. |
|

|
Wait 15 seconds. |
|
|
|
When the screen below appears, you may exit your Internet browser. |
|
|
|
Turn OFF your router. Wait one minute. |
|
Turn ON your router. |
